*EGC Wrestling Spring Training Camp*

Take your wrestling to the next level with our structured spring training program. Designed for middle school and high school wrestlers, this camp focuses on technical development, building strength, and live training to help you improve your performance on the mat.

• Three training sessions per week – every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Program runs March 4th – May 31st
• Designed to build strength, refine technique, and sharpen competitive skills
• Led by experienced coaches in a high-intensity training environment
